7 new songs are ready to challenge the 50 songs on the LGBTQ Music Chart from Monday. For the challengers for next week chart, we had over 30 submitted songs to choose between, but still only 7 available spots. You can vote on these songs from Monday – here is the voting page.
MKSM – «Hold Me Down»
MKSM sees himself as a voice for all people who do not feel they belong. The singer, songwriter, and violinist himself has many identities within him: As an openly gay late resettler, he came to Germany to find his language – he stuttered heavily in the past – and to study classical violin to then become a pop musician in the end.
Giuseppe Caruso – «Sette Cuori – (Mattia Credidio revisitation)»
He comes from a musical family and learned to play the piano at the age of 5. Giuseppe Caruso enjoyed extensive musical training in the classical field.
Dani Ride – «Sentirme Amante»
Musician and vlogger who is widely known for his Dani Ride YouTube channel’s content. Rebecca Black is a pop singer who found almost overnight success with the viral smash «Friday», which she followed with more Billboard-charting tunes.
Jack Tracy – «The Feels»
Jack Tracy’s third project, EP «Love Yah», which sports a sexier sound for the LGBTQ independent music artist. A noted Jack-Of-All-Trades, the 6-track «Love Yah» EP was written, recorded and mixed by Jack himself at Dubway Studios in New York City over the summer of 2020.
Thraeyce – «Dreamstate»
They advocate for equity in education, as well as for transhumanism, and they consider themselves to be a transhumanist.
Ben Boden – «Ghost»
An unsigned artist from the Midlands. He writes and produces music that combines his love of musicals and the classic sounds of Stevie Nicks, Beautiful South, and Elton John, with inspirations from fresh artists such as Taylor Swift, Maggie Rogers and Harry Styles.
LorD and Master – «Time to Think»
Child of the 80s. Big into synths, keys, chords and melodies.
