An extended mix and a dub version are also exclusively available on the download platforms. This electro-pop tune was composed a few years ago by the Pet Shop Boys but hasn’t been released in English so far.
The lyrics are written by Steve Gobin and Markus Wagner, who also produced the song. The arrangements and mix are provided by James Blair aka Project K, whose name recently appeared on releases by Shakespear’s Sister, Kim Wilde, Julo and Sean Smith, just to name a few. The single is released by Asahi Music.
«Growing up in the 80s and 90s Pet Shop Boys influenced all our lives. Songs like ‘It’s a sin’ or ‘Go West’ defined a whole generation. When Asahi Music proposed me to sing this song, I couldn’t believe my luck, share Misha. We are promoting the song and the listeners’ feedback has been very positive».
Misha Singer is born in the Czech Republic. Her music career began when she moved to Nuremberg, Germany at the age of 13. She had her first commercial success together with her band ‘Player’s Club’ in 2007-2008. After taking a break from the music industry for a few years, in order to raise her children, she released 4 self-produced singles in 2019 – 2020 and got signed earlier this year by Asahi Music.
