New Gay Music «Outed On Friday!» – Week 18 – 2021

It’s the end of a work week and that means, new music are released – so here is this week’s «Outed On Friday!».

7 new songs are ready to challenge the 50 songs on the LGBTQ Music Chart from Monday. For the challengers for next week chart, we had over 30 submitted songs to choose between, but still only 7 available spots. You can vote on these songs from Monday – here is the voting page.

Fredrik O – «Let You Go Like That»

The single is Fredrik’s first as a solo artist. He was previously part of the group Man Meadow which i.a. are known from ESC contexts.

Sebastian Walldén – «100 Gånger Till»

Sebastian Walldén born and raised in Gothenburg, Sweden. Knew at the age of 5, when he was standing in front of his parents performing that he wanted to devote himself to the music scene. Over the years, the interest cooled down until in 2018 he decided to participate on the Swedish version of American Idol, where he ended up as the winner!

Tommy Atkins – «Stuck Behind a Tractor»

Tommy Atkins made history at country radio in 2020 with the first ever hit to feature openly gay lyrics in the UK and Europe (Freedom, May ’20).

Sarah Barrios & Eric Nam –  «Have We Met Before»

Sarah says «Don’t mind me. I’ll just be over here spilling my guts», on her Spotify profile. Eric is a singer-songwriter based in Seoul and Los Angeles.

Majella – «Lyrics & Liquor»

Majella is a kiwi artist, born and raised on the Coromandel Peninsula of New Zealand with German and Dutch roots.

IO – «Being You»

Andrea (IO) is an emerging songwriter, coming from a small place in Italy he then moved to London where he currently works as software engineer.

Keye Katcher – «Meine Mama»

Keye Katcher, an artist who stands for one thing above all else: changeability! This is what defines him, something that has been clearly noticeable both acoustically and visually since he began his work eight years ago.
