LGBTQ Music Chart – Week 42 – 2026

Your weekly dose of queer brilliance is here — louder, prouder and more electrifying than ever. This week’s chart is a community-curated celebration of LGBTQ artistry from around the world: a sonic rainbow of empowerment, love and fierce creativity that ranges from tender ballads to full-throttle pop anthems. The Top 50 Countdown is live and it’s the soundtrack your weekend needs.

Number One this week

Hudson Blake — «We were dancing»

Hudson Blake tops the chart this week with «We Were Dancing», hitting number one on his first attempt. The pop-country fusion bridges transatlantic sounds for European listeners, warm vocals weaving love, roots and dreams. Folk traditions resonate across our continent, enriching playlists with honest emotion from coast to coast.

This Week’s Highlight

Leonardo Amor — «18 Years»

Oslo-based Leonardo Amor wins Highlight of the Week with «18 Years», his most courageous track. The Norwegian-Philippino star follows his Melodi Grand Prix entry «Prayer» with this raw ballad about surviving sexual abuse. Now featured on our LGBTQ Music Chart, it’s an empowering anthem for survivors across Europe. Proves music truly heals.

This Newcomer of the week

Benjamin — «I’m on fire (Vain elämää kausi 17)»

Finnish star Benjamin takes Newcomer of the Week with «I’m on Fire», his take on Stratovarius’s «World on Fire» from Vain elämää’s Timo Kotipelto episode. The Dutch-born format’s Nordic spin suits his radiant pop energy and he’s Finland’s most regular LGBTQ Music Chart name.

Song of the Week

Chris Housman — «Another Love Song»

Nashville-based Chris Housman tops our Song of the Week with «Another Love Song». This transatlantic talent grew up fiddling for Dodge City tourists, now thrives in country music while proudly embracing his LGBTQ+ identity. A true trailblazer rewriting Nashville’s sound for European listeners.
