Co-written by producer Jordan Esau, the song is a casual and natural tune in the context of a very unnatural time.
Reflecting on choices and confronting vices this is an anthem for overcoming and finding your own way. It invokes nostalgia, small town memories, passionate summer nights but ultimately facilitates reflection.
Since the song has become a staple of his ‘virtual’ performances it’s only fitting that it is recorded and mixed ‘quarantine style’ with all musicians doing their parts from their own home.
This new song is a prelude to a forthcoming album in 2021, soon to be announced.
