Everything passes, but these feelings don’t!
Oscar Zia bares his soul on new EP Tutto Passa, six tracks, one brutally honest confession, and three nights only on stage.
Oscar Zia drops new EP «Tutto Passa», six tracks on love, longing and relationship grey areas, plus three live shows in Malmö, Gothenburg and Stockholm.
Oscar Zia lays his heart on the line with brand-new EP «Tutto Passa», six tracks, one very honest confession, and a trio of live shows to come.
He’s the telly favourite who never seems short of a smile, but Oscar Zia is showing fans a rather more complicated side of himself today.
The Swedish star drops his new EP «Tutto Passa», and it is not exactly a collection of happy-clappy pop bangers. Across six songs, wrapped up with a cinematic intro and outro, Oscar takes listeners straight into the grey areas of romance: the muddled feelings, the longing, the patterns that keep us from letting anyone get too close.
And the title? It comes from the Italian phrase «Tutto Passa», everything passes. A reminder, he says, that the things that hurt won’t last forever. Though, as he admits, the good stuff can be rather more fragile than we’d like.
«I found it hard to know what I really felt»
In a refreshingly candid statement accompanying the release, Oscar confesses he has never found it easy to work out his own emotions while he’s slap bang in the middle of them.
«’Tutto Passa’ is very much about daring to admit your feelings, both to yourself and to somebody else», he says. «For a long time I’ve struggled to know what I actually felt when I was in the thick of it. It’s only afterwards that things become clear: what a relationship meant to me, and what my own part in it was».
He adds that the songs forced him to confront some uncomfortable questions. «These tracks have had me thinking a lot about who I am in love, what I’m afraid of, and how honest I dare to be about what I really feel».
From the screen to the studio
Timing, as ever, is everything. Oscar is currently winning over viewers in the much-talked-about series «Boyfriends», where the cameras get up close and personal with him and his relationships.
And according to those behind the project, the two worlds collide spectacularly in the show’s «final episode», where the link between his on-screen honesty and his new music becomes impossible to miss.

Ten years in the business
Oscar burst onto the Swedish music scene at a tender age and has now been releasing music for more than a decade.
His first EP landed in 2018, featuring the likes of «Kyss mig i slo-mo» (with Leslie Tay) and «Nice», with a run of singles eventually leading to his debut album «Heartbreak Miljonär» in 2023.
These days he’s regarded as one of the nation’s best-loved artists and telly personalities and he’s hardly short of work. Alongside the music, he’s a hugely popular presenter, currently fronting Love Island Sverige and set to host Melodifestivalen 2027.
Not bad going for a man who freely admits he’s still working out who he is in love.
